Yelp
Yelp is a website founded in 2004 to help people find great local businesses like dentists, hairdressers, restaurants and mechanics. Since then "Yelpers" (as Yelp reviewers call themselves) have written more than 7 million reviews of local businesses. Because Yelp is focused on local businesses, it's a great place for you to not only leave a review of Urban Optiques and other businesses you love, but also find the best that Metro-Detroit has to offer. We frequently use Yelp here at Urban Optiques to locate great restaurants or hidden gems around Detroit and Northville.
Yahoo Local
Yahoo Local is another website where you can write reviews of local businesses. If you already have a Yahoo email address or login, it's super easy to write a review on Yahoo. Otherwise, it takes just a couple of minutes to sign-up. You can review us on Yahoo local here.
View Points
View Points enables people to review both local and national businesses, as well as individual products. View Points is unique in that it calculates a "recommendation" score for each business or product based on the ratio of positive to negative reviews. Judy's Book
Judy's Book was started by two friends, Andy and Chris. Andy's mother-in-law, Judy, was the inspiration for the site. Judy kept a "little green book" full of her local shopping tips and favorites, which she shared with family and friends to help them find the best of everything.
