Dr. Michelle Calder, O.D.
Lead Optometrist, Urban Optiques Vision
Dr. Michelle Calder is the Lead Optometrist of Urban Optiques Vision. She received her Doctor of Optometry from The Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University, has been credentialed by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry, and is a State licensed optometrist specializing in contact lenses and difficult prescriptions with or without high refractive error. Dr. Calder also writes the popular “The Visionista” blog and is frequently interviewed by the media around eye and vision care topics. In her free time she’s a collector of vintage eyeglasses, and loves to travel and cook.
